All services are design and planning–based and do not include actual construction work unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

2. Project Confirmation & Payment

A project is considered confirmed only after advance payment is received.
Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be communicated before project initiation.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

3. Design Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, client responses, and availability of required information.
Delays caused by late inputs, changes in requirements, or lack of client communication will extend the project timeline accordingly.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and complete information including:

Plot size and location
Site details and surroundings
Local authority by-laws (if available)
Functional requirements and preferences

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Revisions & Changes

Limited revisions are included as per the selected service/package.
Major design changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may involve extra charges.
Revisions requested after final approval or delivery may not be included.

6. Budget Estimation Disclaimer

Construction cost estimates are approximate and based on current market rates and design assumptions.
Actual construction costs may vary due to material prices, labor rates, site conditions, and execution methods.
We do not guarantee exact final construction costs.

7. Approvals & Permissions

Client is responsible for obtaining municipal approvals, sanctions, and permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not liable for approval rejections due to changes in local regulations or authority requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, and documents remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Designs may not be copied, reused, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

9. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the website.
Once work has started, refunds may be limited or not applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for construction errors, material failures, or workmanship issues executed by contractors or third parties.
